We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Apps solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Apps or their content.
You agree to use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not misuse the Apps, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to access systems or data in an unauthorized manner, or use the Apps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
The Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or legality of any third-party advertisements, or for any products or services offered through such advertisements.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Apps, including but not limited to software, game mechanics, gameplay content, artwork, graphics, text, audio, music, animations, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any part of the Apps without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
